Robotic Resection in Lung Cancer

Jun 27 | 2:00 PM

Depending on the kind, location, and stage of their lung cancer, as well as their other medical conditions, certain people may be candidates for lung cancer surgery. Surgery is used to try to treat lung cancer by removing the tumour, as well as some surrounding lung tissue and often lymph nodes in the tumor's vicinity. When the cancer is limited and unlikely to spread, removing the tumour with lung cancer surgery is the best option. This includes non-small cell lung malignancies and carcinoid tumours in their early stages. Let's understand lung resection surgery in detail with Dr. Heroor.
